In order to bring clinical services closer to its beneficiaries in the province of Bujumbura Rural, the Yezu Mwiza Mobile Clinic, even when working conditions are not favorable, they never stop serving the vulnerable.
Arrived in Magara in morning of May 14, 2019, the medical team composed of a doctor for the beneficiaries who want a consultation, a psychologist to give the therapeutic education, a laboratory assistant for the taking of the viral load, and two nurses to distribute the ARVs and the COTRIMOXAZOLE (Bactrim), did not find any places available for the monthly meeting and still managed as best as it can to serve the beneficiaries present on the site of which, 1 man, 23 women and 1 young teenager.

Therapeutic education focused on the themes: Treatment compliance for youth and adolescents as well as targeted screening.
For the first theme, beneficiaries understood the importance of taking the right medicines and the role parents should play for the well-being of their children living with HIV. The second theme was counseling with some beneficiaries who still have the detectable viral load so that they can help identify their spouses, their children, but also their sexual partners who have not yet been tested for HIV.
