As Human Resources Officer, I am in direct contact with the SYM staff of 61 employees, 3 volunteers and 3 interns. Since I have been working at Service Yezu Mwiza, my impression is that the right response to the expectations of SYM beneficiaries and the satisfaction of the requirements of our donors, comes from the proper organization of activities and the fact that staff carries out their work with dedication, loyalty and harmony. To strengthen the group spirit, the staff begins the work with a prayer led by one of the employees, this animates morale, but also allows all staff to work with serenity and compassion in the power of prayer.
