Frequently, we give a therapeutic education of the whole group, but when I find that there is among of them, a person who has a detectable viral load while he is supposed to be on ARV, I take him to a quiet place to know the reason that drives him to be non-observant. Sometimes he tells me that:” when I see that, that day I’m not going to have food and I stop taking the ARV because it hurts me when i take it with an empty stomach». Then I try to explain him how it’s important to take the treatment correctly and the benefits that it can bring him in terms of his health and most of time they follow our advices and a few months later we see a clear health improvement physically and psychologically.
