The Mobile Clinic, an approach that has alleviated the heavy burden of transportation costs for ARV supplies and medical consultations for vulnerable PLWHAs, provides satisfaction to them as their financial resources are limited. My testimony is close to those of the beneficiaries but constraints are not lacking. The medical consultation and the distribution of medicines are done in the open in some localities for lack of shelter. The drugs, except anti-retroviral therapy are insufficient, which limits the medical prescription and hinders in the improvement of the state of health of the PLWHA. Here is one of the grievances of the beneficiaries during the consultations: "Dr., if you prescribe drugs that I am going to buy somewhere else, you will not do me any favors because I do not have the money to get them." I can’t close this testimony without appealing to the generosity of partners for support in improving working conditions and supply of drugs to serve PLWHAs.
