Before I met Service Yezu Mwiza, my health was seriously impaired, I did not think I could be saved, I was just waiting to die. But when I was brought to SYM for HIV testing, which turned out to be positive, I was given medication and advice on how to be healthy. Today, I am grateful to SYM because in addition to this medical and psychosocial care, I am also part of the groups of beneficiaries who are implementing income-generating activities where we have been given goats and rabbits to improve our living conditions. This small livestock allows me to have useful manure to fertilize the plot of land I own in order to produce a good harvest. This way I can feed my family without asking for help from anyone
